Women On Tap CIC has a new strategic plan and Theory of Change model and we’re inviting you to join us on this journey.

We’re ambitiously, passionately planning a range of new initiatives under the umbrella of BEER 50/50 - our new gender equity movement.

The first step is our Changemaker programme, designed to consolidate our community and help to drive vital income. We need YOU to be a Women On Tap Changemaker so that we can make change happen.

We are striving for 1000 changemakers by the end of year one.
